Shipping
We ship to almost any address in the world.
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as
the items are handed over to the Courier.
All products are properly packed to safeguard
against any damage during transit. All orders are shipped by Ist class air
courier services and home delivered within approximately 3-5 working days
after dispatch of the shipment. We try to process every order at the earliest.
You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 7 -15 business days
of placing the order. But shipping and processing time may vary on case to
case basis depending on availability of item and other factors.
Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box
address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code /
zip code.
In the event of a reshipment of the same
order due to incomplete or incorrect address, customers will be responsible
to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
Please note that residential shipments to
USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there
to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our courier agents
USPS / DHL / FEDEX / TNT / UPS / SpeedPost etc will not be able to provide
sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.
To ensure that no disputes arise due to this,
kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier
delivery is attempted. But waytoindia will not responsible for lost and stolen
packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at
customer's address by postal / courier agency.
Way to India is not responsible for any item
once it has left our business premises. All damages during transit, lost items
during transit, lost or stolen packages left at customer's address and any
others damage will be borne by the customer only.
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are
not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries
and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties
are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your
government.
International customers are responsible for
any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over
these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly
from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier
company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom
duty on case to case basis.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order.
Free shipping of Gifts within India
You can also contact us for free shipping within India. We ship all our products
without any shipping cost. If you want to gift any our product to your relatives/loved
ones/ friends in India, you can avail our free Gift shipping policy, in which
products are delivered gift wrapped at no extra cost. You can also get the
gift product delivered at a specific date but for that you must contact us
at support@waytoindia.com while placing the order.
Payment
We use the most reliable Paypal e payment gateway. Thus you can rest
assured about the safety of your credit card details. We accept all the major
credit cards.
You can even pay us using your paypal account.
We also give you the option of paying through DD or Cheque drawn in favour
of S. S. Creation payable at New Delhi, India. Orders in this case would be
processed only after realization of DD/Cheque.
