One of the most sought after attraction in Himachal Pradesh, Chail Palace was built in 1891 and served as the private mansion of the Maharaja of Patiala. Unfolded in approximately 75 acres, the Palace is renowned for its impressive architecture. The royal Chail Palace displays a lavish imperial setting.

In 1972, Chail Palace was converted into a heritage hotel. Since then, it has been serving as a chic honeymoon and holiday accommodation for tourists. The palace boasts a number of royal cottages, charming suites, and modish rooms decked with flowery furniture.

The antique furniture of the palace introduces tourists to the royal charm of yesteryear. Beautiful orchards, elegant lawns, dense forest, and the world’s highest cricket ground decorate the palace. The ethnic residence of Maharaja of Patiala once, the palace (now a heritage hotel) also has a voguish multi-cuisine restaurant and one plush bar.
