Meghamalai, the range of mist-laden green mountains located in the Western Ghats, is situated in the Theni District of Tamil Nadu. Popularly called the High Wavy Mountains, it is no less than a paradise for the holidaymakers. Overlooking the distant Varusanadu Hills, the range attracts tourists from all over the world to its multiple scenic attractions including Meghamalai Wildlife Sanctuary, Meghamalai Falls, vast tea and coffee estates, cardamom plantations and lush green forests.
