Though a 15 hour drive from Delhi will take you to Gushaini, manoeuvring the hilly roads require an experienced driver. Regular buses from Chandigarh, Kullu, and New Delhi ply to Gushaini. Most hotels offer pick up services. Private cars are the best options to go around Gushaini. By Air: The nearest airport is Bhuntar, which is about 50 km away from the town, which flies to Delhi and Chandigarh. There are also taxi and jeep services from the airport to the town. By Rail: Joginder Nagar, which is situated over 100 km away from the town of Gushaini is the nearest railhead, which is connected by trains from Delhi.

Shoja: A tiny village enroute to the Great Himalayan national Park, Shoja is situated close to Gushaini. Apart from being a handy stopover for the trekkers and tourists, this village in itself has many lovely walking trails that extend along natural groves and woodlands. The Tower of Chehni Village: Located in the village of Chehni, stands this tiered twin-tower temple, which was originally built in the 17th century as a defence tower. Close to the tower is the 5 storied Murlimanohar Temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna.
