The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation operates regular bus services from all parts of the state to Gokarna. The nearest airport is in Goa at Dabolim (154 km.). Rickshaws and taxis are a convenient option to travel around the city. However, the drivers often ask for a higher fare, so make sure to haggle a bit.
