Travel Tips For Ranthambore Tour Package
- To make your Ranthambore tour package even more enjoyable, you may visit the popular nearby places like Wild Dragon Adventure Park, Village Women Craft, Kachida Valley (famous for sloth bear and panther sightseeing) and Trinetra Ganesha Temple (among the rare temples housing idol of Ganesha with three eyes).

Best Time: November-February (peak tourist season with soothing winter weather). March-June, however, are ideal for tiger spotting. The main zones of the park remain closed during monsoons (July-September).
Know the Zones:
- Zone 1: Popular tigers are Ustad, Sultan and Noor. Tigers are frequently seen at hotspots like Singhdwar and Kharia.
- Zone 2: Krishna andJhumru are the well-known tigers. JogiMahal ruins of a royal palace are worth exploring too.
- Zone 3:Specifically popular among visitors for housing serene lakes like Padam and Rajbagh where tigers like Star Male appear repeatedly.
- Zone 4:Laila andDollar are the tigers seen at popular points like Malik Talab and Lakarda.
- Zone 5: You would come across Romeo and Bhadur in the zone. Points like Anantpura also host sloth bear and striped hyena.
- Zone 6: Ask the guide about points like Kala Pani and PatwakiBaori where tigers like Ustad and Kumbha as well as leopards are often spotted.
- Zone 7 and 8: Not very popular zones, but good luck may help you cross paths with tigers like Ladli andKumbha
- Zone 9 and 10: Good for birding and also for the aggressive tiger named Fateh.

- Entrance Fee: INR 100/30/800 per person for Indians/Indian students/foreigners
- Private Vehicle Entry Fee: INR 50/375/600/800 per vehicle for two-wheeler/jeep or car/bus/gypsy
- Camera Fee: INR 600/900 for Indians/foreigners (professional video/movie cameras are allowed at cost between INR 9,000-90,000)
- Safari Fee: INR 244/984 (jeep) and INE 129/869 (canter) per person for Indians/foreigners
- Safari Vehicle Rent: INR 350/400 for canter/jeep
- Guide Fee: INR 30/83 in canter/jeep
Please note that children below 5 are not charged anything but they are not given extra seat in the safari vehicles.

- October 1-31 - 07:00-10:30 a.m. and 02:30-06:00 p.m.
- November 1 to January 31 - 07:00-10:30 a.m. and 02:00-05:30 p.m.
- February 1 to March 31 - 06:30-10:00 a.m. and 02:30-06:00 p.m.
- April 1 to May 15 - 06:00-9:30 a.m. and 03:00-06:30 p.m.
- May 16 to June 30 - 07:00-10:30 a.m. and 03:30-07:00 p.m.
Safari Options: Jeeps or Gypsy SUV (capacity max 6) and canters (capacity max 20)
