Day 01 :Leh
On your arrival at Leh airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to Hotel. After having Lunch at hotel,you would have complete day for rest in order to get acclimatized with the high altitude in Leh (Ladakh) which is 3500 Mtrs above sea level. Overnight stay at the Hotel. 


Day 02 : Leh (Visit to Shey,Thiksay  and Hemis Monasteries) 
After having an early breakfast proceed for a full day sightseeing of Shey,Thiksey & Hemis Monesteries. Shey , the summer Palace of Ladakhi Kings  is where you can see the 36 Feet high statue of Lord  Buddha which made of copper and plated with gold. Thicksay Monastery ,the twelve storied monastery of Thicksey which  is situated in the most prominent of positions, lies on an island Mountain. Finally visit  the Hemis Monastery ,which is  farthest away from Leh.This is the wealthiest Monastery in Ladakh belonging to the Red Sect - it is here in each summer season, that plays are held and Ladakhis from all parts of the country  visit Hemis Monastery. In  the evening return to Leh.Have your meals and stay overnight  at the Hotel.

Day 03 :  Leh (Visit Stok Palace, Leh Palace , ShantiStupa & Leh Market) 
After having your  breakfast visit Stok palace which houses a fine private museum. There is a superb collection of thangkhas (
tibetan silk paintings with embroidery), said to be the  finest in the world. In the afternoon visit Leh city, a fascinating labyrinth of winding streets and quaint bazaars that you would love to stroll through. The main street which is open and airy is with rows of shops on either side. On either side of the market one can see a long line of Ladakhi women in their  traditional dresses  and colourful jewelry  made of coral and turquoise, seated behind enormous baskets, selling vegetables. The spectacular eight-storey Leh Palace looming above and overlooking the town, was built in the 16th century,almost  about the same time as the Potala in Lhasa to which it has striking resemblance .Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 04 : Leh - KhardonglaPass - Leh (85 Kms)
After early breakfast embark for a day excursion to Khardungla pass which is the highest motor able mountain  pass in the world,that is  5600 Mtrs and has been recorded in the Gunnies Book of world records. At the top enjoy the natural beauty of snow capped mountains. In the afternoon return back to the hotel and either take rest or take out  time for your personal shopping and explore markets and surrounding area. Overnight stay at the Hotel. 


Day 05 : Leh (ExcursionAlchi - 67 Kms) 
Leave in morning drive to Alchi which is  approximately  2 hours drive. Situated to the west of the town of Leh,built by well known translator, Rinchen Zangpo, Alchi dates back to the year 1000 AD. Alchi Gompa in Ladakh comprises of a number of  temples, including the main one of Rinchen Lhakhang at Lotsa Lhakhang. The other famous  temples are the Jamyang Lhakhang (Manjusritemple) and the Sumtsag Lhakhang. Alchi Monastery of Leh reflects an Indian touch, especially in its paintings.It is a place which is seen to be believed. Return back to Leh and stay overnight at the Hotel.

Day 06 : Leh - Delhi
Transfer in time to the airport to board your flight back to Delhi.
