It is a marvellous structure made of granite and houses a Shiva Lingam with other attractions being Lion Monolith and Miniature Shrine. From there, visitPancha Ratha, the 5 enchanting rock-cut structures dedicated to Pandavas brothers from Mahabharata.
Later, visit Descent of The Ganges, a gigantic bas-relief exhibiting stupendous carvings on monolith boulders. Guindy National Park (09:00 a.m. to 05:30 p.m.; Tuesdays closed; INR 20/10 for adults/children; INR 20/100 for still/video camera): A great place to explore rich flora and diverse fauna including blackbucks, spotted deer, civets, pangolins and more than 150 bird species. Special Entry Darshan also known as Seeghra Darshanam was started by Tirumala Tirupati Devsthanam w.e.f 21st September 2009 to facilitate the pilgrims.
The advance booking of Special Entry Darshans was introduced from 27th August 2014 onwards.
The ticket cost for Special Darshan is Rs 300/- per peson.In this cost apart from special Darshan two Laddus as Prasadam is also provided.
Special Darshan tickets can be booked upto 3 hours in advance to the darshan slot, subject to availability.
