Among the top attractions of Chandigarh, this sculpture garden is a masterpiece designed by Nek Chand using scraps which include broken bottles, glasses, ceramics and bangles. The garden also has waterfalls and an unending charm.

Largest in Asia, Chandigarh’s Rose Garden houses different varieties of the flower. Many other enthralling gardens in the city include Leisure Valley (Shanti Kunj), Terraced Garden, Bougainvillea Garden and Botanical Gardens.

Consisting of government buildings like the Secretariat, the Legislative Assembly and High Court, the complex boasts of superlative architecture and striking view of Shivalik Hills. City’s icon, the Open Hand Monument, is also located in this area.

Chandigarh Museum and International Dolls Museum are two other must visit places at Chandigarh. Art Gallery within the Chandigarh Museum is worth exploring as well.

Chandigarh has discotheques, nightclubs and bars offering good entertainment. Tagore Theatre is famous for hosting many cultural and entertainment events. Plaza Complex of sector 17 frequently hosts interesting street plays.
