Places to See

This is the main attraction in and around the small village. A Kerala style arch greets the visitors at the foot of the hill. Benches have been set up for tourists to sit against the background of colourful flowers. 

Two large rocks are located at the top of the hills. View from the small natural window that is created by these rocks is spectacular and visitors can view rivers, lakes, fields, coconut trees, and the beauty of Western Ghats all at once here. 

Entrance of the temple is made with three stones without any attachment and in front of the temple there is also a tank full of fishes. 

The sucking rock with a hole is located near the temple. People believe that sucking with nose on the hole will bring out water. 

Cave with mandapa, verandah and bali pitha isanother attraction. It has figures of Tirthankaras and attendant deities.Central shrine has three chambers with figures of Mahavira Tirthankara on theleft, Parsvanatha Tirthankar in the middle, and Padmavathi on the right. Abrick goupura can be seen above the central shrine.
