There are many interesting spots for sightseeing in Mashbora that you should not miss:
Durga Temple
Durga Temple

Begin the day by visiting the Durga temple at the heart of the town. It is a beautiful temple offering wonderful views of the surroundings. 

St Crispin’s Church
St Crispin’s Church

This is a 100-year-old structure, but does not hold services any more. It has been now converted into a dormitory by YMCA. It is one of the must visit places in Mashbora.

The President’s Retreat Building

A heritage building built during the colonial times, it is one of the retreats for the President of India. Tourists are not allowed inside the wooden building, but they can view this beautiful edifice.

Summer residence of Punjab Governor

This beautiful structure called Hemkunj was formerly known as Dane’s Folly. The building gets its name from its English builder called Mr. Dane, whose predictions regarding Shimla town were proved wrong. Thus, it acquired the name Dane’s Folly.

Wildflower Hall

Now a property of the Oberoi Group, the original building was used by British officers Lord Kitchener and Lord Ripon as summer retreats. The property is named after a native flower.

This is a fantastic location to view the breathtaking mountains and valleys. You may also smell the fragrance of different flowers lingering in the air.
