One of the three hills near the town, it is of religious importance to Hindus due to a spectacular rock temple dedicated to Lord Murugan located on it.

A well-known pilgrimage centre for Muslims, the hill accommodates the sacred dargah of Sufi Saint Husrath Sheikh Fariduddin Baba. Hundreds of pilgrims pay visit to the place every year.

Also called the Mountain of Holy Cross, the hill accommodates Kurisumala Monastery and Kurisumala Ashram, world-famous for its soothing environment. Tea gardens and mesmerising lakes add to the beauty of this place. The Indo-Swiss Dairy Farm is among popular attractions of Vagamon located on the hill.
